Dr. Success Ojo is a successful tech leader, a transformational catalyst, a business mentor and a career coach. She is a principal consultant and partner at Realz integrated consulting (RIC) where she lends her expertise as a management consultant to organizations on Enterprise risk management, third party risk management, security controls implementation and assessment, business process implementation and audit and tech talents recruitment. She is the co-founder and head of studies at Realztech Institute, Houston Texas USA, Executive director at the Knowledge Aid Initiative (KIA) a nonprofit organization working to help slum women in Africa escape from poverty and overcome barriers that are blocking their journey to success in business. She is also a cofounder of Gotocourse a platform where people learn and teach high paying tech skills.
Through her work of coaching, mentoring, consulting, and capacity building she has helped over 400 people build successful career in tech and transform their lives. She runs a large circle of over 100 women in tech working together to increase the number of African women in tech careers with the mission of reaching one woman at a time. She runs and moderates SME forums and corporate programs including Cyber Attacks & Hacks: Rewriting the Rules of achieving peak performance in businesses and career,” and “Risk management for small businesses. She runs a bi-weekly podcast on Goalsetting with over 250 audiences
Dr. Success holds a bachelor’s degree in Child and family Psychology and master’s degree in Information assurance and cybersecurity from and A PhD in Human capital management. She is Certified information system Auditor (CISA), certified information security manager (CISM) certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC), certified project manager (PMP), certified Hacking forensic investigator (CHFI), Certified Agile coach, lean six sigma black belt certified (LSSBB) to mention a few from the above forty (40 )I.T and Business notable certifications to her name.
Coachsuccessojo as she is fondly called is an author of 6 books to date and has spoken on several platforms to emerging tech leaders, business owners, and professionals yearning for a purpose-driven life. She has been known to provide solutions to tech Professionals in the areas of goal setting, high paying skills acquisition, career grooming and brand Awareness, Visibility and sustaining super relevance and productivity in other areas of their lives.
Earlier in her tech career, she experienced firsthand how significantly men outnumber women in science, technology, engineering, and math. She then became obsessed with the notion of challenging gender stereotypes with outstanding performance and leadership in cybersecurity, Risk management and technology audits. She has risen to become a notable tech leader and the only black woman to be part of the advisory board of one of the prominent oil and gas firm in the USA. She is presently using her knowledge and skills to make a real change. Daily she Inspires and mentors people most especially women to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and achieve audacious goals.
